Frequently Asked Questions and Concerns
Can I save money using Home Pet Care?

Yes, depending on the number of pets that you have. Two dogs staying overnight at Dog Days costs $36, while the same two dogs using Home Pet Care costs $33. If you add an extra dog, or a couple of cats, the cost is still $33 for two visits a day, and the price on the second day will be even less expensive at $30. However, please remember that one of the big benefits of Dog Days is round-the-clock supervision and the opportunity for a lot of exercise and socialization. It's a trade-off that you'll have to make the decision about.

How many times should I have someone over?
That depends on your desires and your pet's needs. For cats and fish, one visit a day will usually suffice. For dogs, two visits should be the minimum.

Can you make it look like we're still home?
We can go a long way toward it. There will be no newspapers in your driveway when you get back, and your mail will be out of your mail box and sitting next to your papers. The same thing goes for any packages that might show up. We can adjust blinds and turn lights on and off while you're away. Don't worry about your trash can sitting beside the curb for a week. We'll take it out for pick up and bring it back to its normal location afterward.
